A hearty, rustic dish that is a firm favourite for me and my family, and pretty much anyone I’ve ever made it with. I have seen self proclaimed broccoli haters finish off 3 plates of this pasta!

The pork sausage, fennel seed, broccoli and almonds really meld together to create a flavour which is greater than the sum of its parts. 

This dish is very satisfying to make and covers some techniques that will help you improve almost any meat based pasta dishes. If you’re a pasta lover you have to try making this recipe.

The ingredients for this recipe should be easy to find. You will need a blender or an immersion blender to make the broccoli and almond cream. All other equipment required are things you would find in a normal kitchen, such as a knife, bowls, pots and pans.

Lessons will take place using Zoom, so you will need a Zoom account which you can get HERE (it’s free). We recommend testing out Zoom with friends before the lesson if you haven’t used it before. 

You will receive the zoom meeting invitation and sign in details several hours before the lesson begins. It’s a good idea to sign in about 10 minutes before the lesson starts and make sure all your equipment is working.

Make sure your computer / tablet is well charged or plugged in, make sure your speaker and microphone is working. If you prefer not to be seen or heard you can turn your camera and microphone off and just watch along.
